School are living in constant crisis. It is clear that no matter what students miss classes, do not have adequate teachers, lack of infrastructure maintenance or equipment. Those wishing to study at public universities, Free, Free Argentina's most prestigious and most recognized in the world are doomed to go through these hardships.
Question: Who is guilty of this ...?
Does the state education policy that develops in this case to the university level. Trainer of professionals, researchers and scientists of our society in Argentina and the world that is paying your taxes with sacrifices and maintenance of this device and get abused to cover more specific needs political formalities?
