So, guided normopraxis criteria, which we referred in the preceding paragraph (art. 4.5. Of the LOPS), established by the World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) in General Assembly May 1999, the care process-ca fisioterapéuti must necessarily include the following phases: assessment of functional status of patients / users; diagnosis of Physiotherapy, or design approach intervention plan, conducts physical therapy intervention, and evaluation of results.

This discipline is basically supporting the Degree in Physiotherapy, and obviously draws the essence of their professional actions hence, progress in this field of knowledge must also be part of the expertise and skills of future physical therapists, to enable them to discharge their duty of care to provide such technical and professional training to the health needs of people they serve, according to the state of development of scientific knowledge of each moment.

For all the above, we can say categorically and without the slightest hint of doubt that the skills listed in the White Paper of Physiotherapy, far from breaking the law by invading medical expertise of any kind, which make is As we said before, on the one hand, to observe scrupulously the legal requirements governing the profession of physiotherapist, and, secondly, to lay the groundwork or necessary conditions for future physical therapists can meet the requirements of that regulation.
