During the months of October and November I have had many meetings with the University to try solve the bureaucratic problems that delay, unreasonably, payment of retroactive salary for the month of June (already paid in July and August) recategorizations 110 teachers and 199 high charges, properly designated budget for the Faculty.
Unfortunately, not only has not implemented this but UBA has not paid the November salaries of these teachers, although it is clear that the budgetary allocation made earlier this year did not correspond to our types of courses and the requested increase was absolutely legitimate and recognized as such in the course of the talks.
In the case of changed circumstances has not even been paid the previous assignment, although the original appointments were until March 2009.
To this we must add that although since 2006 (taken as a basis for budget allocations) to the 2008 UBA as a whole has not increased its tuition FADU has gone from 23,500 to 26,968 students, or 14.75% more, and today is the third faculty and enrollment materials increased by 11%, this has not been reflected in the teaching staff, which requires a great deal of it to maintain the quality of teaching that has characterized our institution, and argue that it should be recognized budgetary.
Under these circumstances, which I have no withdrawal period can be guaranteed, I will stress to the UBA to achieve reverse this situation and summon the whole community FADU to determine the attitude to take if no get response soon.
